What it covers

Branding a floor that people are working on

Office work is quiet, clean and scheduled around meetings. We install reception branding, feature walls, frosted glass banding, boardroom privacy, wayfinding and door identification without shutting the floor down.

Glass manifestation is a recurring part of this work: partitions need visible markings so nobody walks into them, and clients usually want that marking to look like brand design rather than safety compliance. We install both requirements in one pass.

  • Low disruptionSectioned work, dust control and quiet methods on occupied floors.
  • Manifestation done rightGlass markings positioned so partitions read clearly to occupants.
  • Design intent heldSetting out checked against the designer's elevation before applying.
  • Tenant-friendlyRemovable options where a lease restricts permanent alteration.

Questions we get asked

Plain answers to the questions buyers and building owners ask us most.

How long does a commercial installation take?

Most single-site retail or office jobs are one to three days on site. The bigger variable is access, not area: what we can complete in one night in an empty store can take three evenings in a trading one. Every schedule comes out of the survey, not a rate card.

Do you install outside business hours?

Yes. Night, early morning and weekend work is normal for us, because most commercial spaces cannot close for an installation. Retail décor, office branding and elevator cab work are routinely done after hours so the space is trading or occupied the next morning.
